There was a mistake done by the team, they originally did not take accountability for it and tried to put the blame on the bank rather than them. When I raised my concerns, I called and emailed and they ceased to respond. I finally called once more and requested a call back from Maitre Truchon herself, which she did. She let me know that she was not aware of the mistake her team had done and sincerely apologized, saying she would address the issue with her team. We are all human, we all makes mistakes. Twice I hired the services of Maitre Truchon and her team and was disappointed on both occasions. The first time, it was for the purchase of my home. I was given two meetings but was never informed when I needed to have my cash down, which resulted in an extremely stressful situation. Paying thousands of dollars for literally 15 minutes of Maitre Truchon's time and a terrible lack of service and support from her and her team. I decided to give her another chance recently.
