There was a mistake done by the team, they originally did not take accountability for it and tried to put the blame on the bank rather than them. When I raised my concerns, I called and emailed and they ceased to respond. I finally called once more and requested a call back from Maitre Truchon herself, which she did. Twice I hired the services of Maitre Truchon and her team and was disappointed on both occasions. The first time, it was for the purchase of my home. I was given two meetings but was never informed when I needed to have my cash down, which resulted in an extremely stressful situation. Paying thousands of dollars for literally 15 minutes of Maitre Truchon's time and a terrible lack of service and support from her and her team. I decided to give her another chance recently. Manque de professionnalisme flagrant venant de ce cabinet. Nous avons communiqué avec son équipe pour un acte de vente le 13 mai 2025, on a transmis tous les documents et avons appelé pour un suivi suite à l’envoi. Nous sommes maintenant le 9 juin 2025 et nous n’avons eu aucun retour malgré que nous sommes passés à son bureau 3 fois pour demander des nouvelles sur la suite des procédures. Par sa faute, nous n’avons pas pu clore l’achat de notre maison et nous devons trouver un nouveau notaire et refaire toutes les démarches.... read more

Excellente Notaire elle à penser a tout ce que je n’avait pas penser et a toutes les éventualités. Elle était a l'écoute et m’a beaucoup aider dans mes démarches et ma même conseiller et beaucoup aider lors de l’achat de ma maison et autres je la recommande fortement

J’ai été très satisfaite avec les services de Me Truchon pour l’achat de ma première propriété. Elle a pris le temps de bien m’expliquer la documentation concernant l’achat et a répondu à mes questions. Son prix était également très compétitif. L’accueil fût chaleureux et professionnel. Je recommande vivement! 🙂
