First of all she was late for our appointment. Then she spent time looking at herself in the mirror and then put some makeup on! Then she started with chit chat, a great way to charge extra money! Then she started looking up my file and reading about my issue! I tried several times to ask her questions and she was very rude, cut me off, was aggressive and seemed totally off and flustered!
