Been going here for a long time and had good experiences but the last few years the service has been terrible. They’ve mixed up our files with other clients, been unresponsive and they forgot to send our taxes in after we’ve paid them so we got a late fee from the IRS. Only after calling them did they remember to send our taxes in and they said they would mail us a check to cover the late fee(which they never did).
