I called Channel Coast after having no luck with two other marine HVAC companies that could only recommend replacement. Brian patiently went through a very complicated older system on a large sailboat and brought it back to life and went way out of his way to make it all happen. With his skills and knowledge, the boat’s got a working fridge and a freezer that’ll keep ice cream rock hard and that’s saying a lot. Much thanks to Brian and everyone at Channel Coast Marine!
Brian is absolutely AMAZING! He’s worked on my older sailboat several times, and every repair has been completed efficiently, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail. He’s fixed everything from the toilet, refrigeration, electrical system and water pump — all of which now work perfectly. It’s such a relief to have someone so reliable and skilled taking care of my boat. I highly recommend Brian for any marine repair work!
Scheduled a service call with them and was told they were one month out. Okay, that is to be expected with high-demand service providers. After 5 weeks called and they confirmed I was still on their calendar and to expect a call within a week. After 4 more weeks tried again but heard nothing. It's been almost 3 months and will have to move on to someone else.
I was sold an underpowered Autopilot by Channel Coast Marine, they have no idea, total planks. Barry Parkinson
