I think Lynn could provide good hypnotherapy in a different environment. However if you have any trouble relaxing or with noise the Hetrick center is not the place. I could not enter the state of mind i needed due to construction and crying babies. And there are no do overs. Lynn made it clear i wasnt her only session of the day. Once the session starts it starts. I tried to relax and be hypnotized but I could not. I tried to tell Lynn later without being hurtful that it hadn't worked but she insists it did. Lynn is excellent at what she does. You immediately feel comfort in the environment she has created. Her voice is soothing and she had many techniques that will put your mind at ease and open new avenues. I went for smoking cessation hypnotherapy and it helped me be a quitter for good!
