Change Your Mind has helped me twice with behavioral hypnotherapy. Dr. Langer's sessions are professional and thorough, taking the time to define your goals clearly and matching his technique to the outcome you want. My sessions gave an understanding of the habits I struggled with, and the hypnotherapy itself gave me the perception and skills I needed to kick those habits permanently, just as if I'd done it all by myself. Very empowering! I highly recommend Change Your Mind Consultants, and thank you Dr. Langer!
He is a fraud. He talks to you for a hour and claims you were hypnotized you. The only thing he wants is your $600 dollars. I’m not sure that he is a real doctor. My advice is never use Mr Langer . Now I am sure he is not a psychologist. Check the state board of Texas.
The counseling in addition to the hypnosis was helpful. It's a mindset, you need to put in equal work to achieve your goals.
A couple of friends I know went to him.and they said it worked fantastic. I asked if I'm on the autism spectrum could it work for me cause I heard chances are it won't. He said yes it would absolutely work for me. It didn't, except for maybe a week. Then when I called he said I was choosing to make it harder for myself. He also compared addiction to being homosexual and how some people get "urges that we know are wrong" and do anyway. I was like I'm pretty sure it's not even close to the same thing.
