I have been struggling to quit smoking for decades. I began when I was 15. I can't imagine how much I have spent on cigarettes since then. I am now 42. I was really skeptical that I could be hypnotized much less quit smoking. After the 2nd session I had almost no desire to smoke. I have one more session in a few weeks as a follow up.
