Everything went smoothly and they are very friendly
Brian communicated with me thoroughly. Despite being in different timezones we were able to complete the refinance process as easily as an in town transaction. Help never felt more than an email away and he responded very quickly and thoroughly. When I had complications with obtaining my escrow refund Brian helped walk me through the process to get it reconciled. I was very comfortable working with Brian and would want to refinance with him in the future if I ever do.
Would not work with Brian again. Disappeared after what was supposed to be a temporary loan. I should have shopped around for a better mortgage insurance rate as well. One of my friends also worked with Brian and had the same experience of him disappearing after a "temporary" rate.
I am truly grateful to have worked with Brian purchasing my home, world class service.
