The staff where helpful throughout the process, specifically Mr Ray Mendoza was very helpful, answering any and all questions and concerns I had throughout the process, he was able to get some time sensitive issues resolved very quickly to make sure there was no delay, and throughout the application would give different suggestions and options that would be better for my specific scenario making the entire process smoother and more efficient.
