Hated the service was good at the beggining but then communication was so bad! Was told one thing when they knew that was not the truth. Try to contact the person who i was doing the loan never answer back then the asistant contact me asking me for the same information that i had already sent to the main person who i started everything with. Not even between them knew what was going on, told me one thing then the otherone something different. Ray worked relentless on my loan which allowed me to close in 3 weeks. Prior to switching over to Ray I was with another one of your employees. Not only did I feel neglected I knew I wasn't important therefore it led me to meeting Ray Your loan officers should learn from his ability to help others. Thks Ray

My experience with Change Home Mortgage was the best. Ray Mendoza was very professional and a pleasure to work with. It required more time than I expected. Adding documents to the website was pretty simple.
