I find it reprehensible that your company "found activity in our computer system that happened without our permission" on February 21 of 2024 and you didn't notify the impacted individuals about this DATA BREACH until June of 2024. I didn't receive my notification mail until September. Update: found their confirmation process email in spam folder but once you open it, their "free" remedial service starts talking about charging you and presents you with questions as if you are going to be a paying customer. Clearly not set up like other breached security offerings we have seen. Appears their software folks aren't caring about victims too much.
