After being referred for cortisone injections for bursitis in both shoulders and carpel tunnel in both wrists by a GP, I decided there had to be a better way to deal with inflammation. Within one visit I had all the movement back in my shoulders and compared to the pain I was in when I walked in, I walked out feeling like a new person!
