FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY! My dad died 07/'22, Will was read in Aug. and it's 04/'23 and Nothing! has been done since, by this so called lawyer that my dad used for many years. No forms turned in to courts, no debt notifications put in the newspaper. I've left numerous messages for a call back, text, & email. I was recommended to this law firm from my chiropractor. I have injuries from an accident where I am not at fault. I am very impressed with the thoroughness of the assistant, Malorie, who took her time to make sure I understood the process and how they would be able to help me. Helpful from the start. Research starts with paying attention. When one is attentive to the people that receive financial compensation for services rendered, and the philosophy behind their wares, it will be obvious whether or not the potential transaction is worth it. I have not decided to use Chaney Law Firm, P.A. but I honestly believe they would do anything in their expertise to help out regardless of situation. Really, all anyone has to do is read the words on the website to see their heart. Highly recommend them!
