I suffer from horrible jaw pain due to clenching. I went for a buccal face massage and it was the most amazing thing! The instant release was unreal. Chanelle is truly wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend her!
Chanelle was incredible! I went to her on a friend's recommendation after discussing our horrendous TMJ-induced migraines. 10/10 recommend! I've suffered from TMJ for a majority of my life and Chanelle did such a great job not only massaging out decades of tension in my jaw, but also giving me helpful techniques to do myself at home to help with tension headaches and jaw clenching. I found Chanelle after The Pilates Club in Middletown opened. She has a room there and also in Newburgh where she practices. Both locations are central for me, which is a huge bonus. Chanelle was quick to respond to my inquiry for Buccal and Lymph Drainage massages via Instagram and was patient with scheduling.
