I'm not one to write reviews but felt this was necessary. My husband and I worked with Chandra this last tax season 2024 and were very unhappy. The services she provided were sub par at best. Not only did she not communicate when she did she had no idea who we were. Come to find out she completely filed out taxes incorrectly. We received a letter in the mail from the IRS stating our taxes were incorrect. When we contacted her once again she had no clue who we were. I would not recommend her services to anyone.
It's wonderful experience filing with Chandra Tax Services and got a very personal care while filing and clarified all my questions. There are lot of online services available however, having you as a personal CPA is almost like having a personal physician and I can not explain the enormous benefits of it through out the years. I chose Chandra for help filing my individual return initially because of her convenient location, and she certainly has earned my future business. She is very professional and knowledgeable and her deft handing of the process absolutely put me at ease. Highly recommend!
