This place is very un professional the lady is very rude I would not give her or them your business ther are others who offer the same services without the attitude I am not the first and only and looks like I won't b last to get treated this way.i may hafta pay my taxes but I do not have to pay you to be un professional
Last time I was there, the lady doing my taxes got up and walked out in the middle of doing my taxes. The tax preparer was very rude and not very helpful. When the owner had to pick up where she left off, she had the gall ask me of it was something I SAID!! customer service here is a joke, do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your taxes. I did 😊
She does amazing work
I am very pleased with her service's a couple years ago I had been using jackson hewitt I then went to Karen chandler tax services and got back a great deal more refund I've been with her ever sence.
