Last time I was there, the lady doing my taxes got up and walked out in the middle of doing my taxes. The tax preparer was very rude and not very helpful. When the owner had to pick up where she left off, she had the gall ask me of it was something I SAID!! customer service here is a joke, do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your taxes. I did 😊

I am very pleased with her service's a couple years ago I had been using jackson hewitt I then went to Karen chandler tax services and got back a great deal more refund I've been with her ever sence.

I've used miss chandler for my taxes for the past 5 years and she's always been good to me, she's always on top of the latest tax changes, I have alot of paperwork that I take in for my taxes and she handles it all and takes the hard part off of me 10/10 best tax place in searcy

From the moment I walked in you could tell it was the wrong atmosphere. One lady the (cpa) was talking rudely to the receptionist aloud about the elder couple who had just left. Then as I was called back the lady was very short and not very friendly at all. Later that day she called an informed me I could come pick up my stuff that they couldnt help. Would not reccomend these women.
