Mr Chandler was recommended to me by the seller of a home I was looking to purchase . He offered to do up my Offer to Purchase , and work the sale From both ends. Buyer and Seller I etransferred deposit. ..... . Etransfer never collected even after many calls . No offer to purchase drawn up. ( 3 days later ) I then receive a text from seller that he was advised by Mr Chandler to accept a different offer !!!! Offer was submitted. And signed I don’t have words for how underhanded this experience has been
