A nightmare shoddy at best. Kitchen staff should have to exist on the meals they serve. Prisons serve better meals. Old molded bread. Roachs in food. No care are in what they send
This is the meal my family was served for supper. They told him they ran out of all but this!!! A piece of lettuce with a piece of tomato, nasty looking French fries and a few tator tots!!! Someone should be fired!!! They know how many patients they have to serve. The menu looks great, but a lie!!!!
