Chance took very good care of us. He gave us the best possible deal and he was transparent the whole time. If I had any questions, he was always available to answer them. When shopping around, we realized that New Point Lending gave us a way better deal than the rest and they truly do take care of vets and their families. This guy really is good to go and I will certainly be going back whenever I want to refinance. Highly recommend! :)

Chance was always very upfront and honest with the process of getting our refinance done. He was a huge advocate it trying to make the process as easy for us as possible. He also never made us feel pressured and just let the numbers speak for themselves. Great guy and really easy to work with!
