I arrived for my scheduled appointment to find the shop closed—lights off, no one present. I knocked, called, and waited. I had arrived 10 minutes early and stayed until 5 minutes after my appointment time, but no one showed. Ten minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I finally received a call asking if I wanted to come back. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience and no apology.
