Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. I reached out with a simple yes or no question regarding something that had already been set up, and was surprised to receive a $66 invoice just for a short email response. I've been doing my individual tax returns with Accountants 2 Business (formerly Chan & Naylor, but working with the same team) for years now. I've also sought out advice on finances and investment structuring, and they made getting an ABN a 2 minute job for me. Rapid replies, easy booking system. Both Janelle and Emma have always met my expectations, and I've been happy to make the trip since their office relocated a couple of years ago.
