If you actually don't recall any of his claims you must have not been the Chan law firm. You know we were not happy throughout the process and I have even said to you that I feel like you are working for the other side and willing to give them whatever they want even though you were my lawyer. As a business owner I don't like to give 1 star but some times it is deserved. I hired the firm when I was selling my business and the entire process was not good at all. First they didn't meet the closing date which resulted in extra costs and business loss. Once the closing date was met, there was a lot of up and down. The process made me feel like my lawyer was not standing up for me but willing to do just about anything for the other side.
