The girls at Champlain Bank are so unfriendly and did not make me feel at all welcome. Macie in particular barely acknowledged me, and did not respond to my “thank you”. As someone passing through the beautiful Crown Point, it was disappointing not to feel any warmth from these staff members. They need to be replaced by staff who genuinely want to help people.
