I want to sent my upmost gratitude to the employees of the retirement home. My mother was there for seven years and she was cared for in a loving environment. I cannot say enough of the impact it left me with to see the end of life care that was given and the amount of staff that came in to see her and our family. I will never be able to thank them enough for everything. I only hope this message will show the commitment this home offers to their patients.
Housekeeping is scarce , food is terrible-cooks do not have any certification, they use all boxed and frozen foods.
Not a review based on service but on employment within the kitchen staff. Working on reporting the company now for illegal activity with payment and termination process, as one of my coworkers (this was her second job) was illegally terminated without fault of action and was paid student wage which has been illegal since 2021. She was never written up and they have no clause to fire her. This place is disgraceful. I've exp. The facility when my mom Birdie was very ill. The staff and call in nursing was tremendous. Now my father Clarence is there. The Manor is always very clean and several staff to help out. Nothing but praise 👏 for this facility. Thx Lorne
