Joel is a great loan officer! He completed the loan for my sister and her husband for a new home in August and made the process quite easy for them. He is patient, kind and very passionate about his work. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best rate possible and shows you that he really cares about his clients. Many big banks or other companies were not able to show the same customer service and dedication like Joel was able to. Definitely going back to him for future loans and would recommend to anyone!
