Not a good business. Their guy damaged my camper during transport in quite a silly way. Accidents happen, but even though I emailed company same day they did not reply. I had to phone and was told to contact MPI directly. I feel like it says a lot about their customer service that their manager did not request to speak to me to apologize directly for the damage they caused by their careless driver, or that I had to be the one to reach out on this when they know they have caused damaged. Great dispatch great pricing and super nice staff over the phone! Also the manager Ben and Daljeet was super helpful and got my car towed, with exceptional service and made sure not to damage my car! Would recommend to everyone 10/10 service.
Once they confirm everything and then keep delaying!! They sucks never calling them again
