You shouldn't charge for a tow before you do the job..... Horrible service, I'd rather push the truck then use champion towing. And you should let your drivers know, using your engine break on Logan Ave is against the law...
Was very happy with the service I received recently from Champion. The driver was so polite and professional I was impressed:) will definitely be using their service in the future.
