Absolutely terrible experience with this towing service. I’ve been waiting since 2 PM yesterday for my moped to be picked up, and I’m now being told it might not be until Sunday. That’s potentially 48 hours of waiting. I had taken time off because I was supposed to go camping, but now I’m stuck at home waiting for my moped to be towed. They are very unprofessional given eta but never made it on time it’s been more then 12 hours still waiting and they keep saying help truck is on the way and then said driver is on break and out of hours . They know it before they dispatched the driver will be out of hours they could have told us in the beginning but despite they keep delaying it .

very bad company and bad attitude, Scheduled a time to come, never come and after waiting for half day, just say we can't come, you should tell us early, or inform us we can have other plan.

Never herd of a tow company refusing work, but these guys sure are willing to pass it on to the next guy. It was simple move the truck that was blocking the entrance to private property, WOW
