alright so my mother was attempting to buy my grandmothers house and they sent her a foreclosure letter? years later she’s still struggling to buy it. this bank needs to shut down. it’s just a money hungry company.
They no longer service reverse mortgages and sold everybody out. I'm sure they change their name. They are crooks and took advantage of our Senior Citizens. This is pathetic. I hate them.
Worst customer service ever! No one can provide a supervisor or an email address to submit a complaint. Agents are RUDE! Don't bank here! Upper management PLEASE contact me!!!!!
