The guys who deliver the machines are great, but the customer service and management are horrible. They give you a quote, then add on services day off service that SHOULD be included. They lack empathy nor care to retain customers. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional and uncaring. We still have the crate sitting in our parking lot 2 weeks later due to Champions not having room on their truck to pick up, now they are stating it wasnt included in orginal cost? and would charge to come back out to get it.
