I had Dan use hypnosis to quit smoking. I did quit for a few months, but ended up starting back up. I did not keep up on listening to the audio as much as I should have though, so going back is on me. I also forgot to check in with him after the 5 days. I thought he said he would until I read the card again later on. It does work! Just gotta keep yourself and your mind in it.
