Spoke to the receptionist Evee last week who was an absolute delight. Due to logistic reasons i was unable to book in but the way she handled the phone call and answered all my questions was great and really put the champion in champion Health! Will be recommending this business to my family and friends to help fix them up!
Was referred to by my doctor after having continual lower back pain. Met Ryan who was a pleasant and knowledgeable guy. He gave me several exercises, over 3 visits and checked in to see my progress. He also took the time to study my form and suggest improvements when doing the exercises to attain maximum benefits. I really appreciated coming here as it has helped my lower back pain become negligible now (Crab walking with a band around the ankles was the winner exercise!)
