Service is Awful – I gave them a one star because I had to. They are very poor at following up with their customers even after they promised they would. It is very disappointing experience.
Really nice ellipticals at good prices – .But their service is kinda meh. My elliptical needed maintenance and they took a long time to get back to me.
Watch out. – High prices. Low customer service. Don't expect much. They shouldn't get one star but you can't review without it.
We had to order in some 105 to 150 pound dumbbells, you should have seen the how difficult it was to carry one dumbbell in, let alone both at one time. WOW- that is a lot of weight!

They had exactly what I needed – I'm a runner and needed a machine that was going to hold up and meet my needs. I went to other stores and they wanted to push me into machines I knew I would wear out and they would fall apart. I have already done this to two treadmills. Champion Fitness listened to me and we narrowed it down to the Landice CT exactly the machine I was looking for. Great Products and better service!! – I have loved the service and quality of the products that I got from Champion Fitness. They were on top product knowledge and salesmanship. My Delivery was set they were on time and were very professional. Thank you guys at Champion fitness!!!
STAY AWAY – THEY ARE SO NICE AND WILLING TO DO EVERYTHING. THEN AFTER YOU PAY, FOR YOUR PRODUCTS. AND THEY ARE DELIVERED. YOU ARE ARE ON YOUR OWN. NO SERVICE, NO HELP. YOU NOW ARE ON THE LIST AND THEY WILL GE TO YOU WHEN EVER. MY TREADMILL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED IN 5 DAYS. IT TOOK OVER 1 MONTH. AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED. Don't waste your time – I have used Champion Fitness a number of times and each time I leave thinking I shouldn't go back. The owner is very friendly but his son works there most of the time and can be rude and abrasive. They always take much longer than they claim it will to special order products and you have to keep on top of them to make sure you get it.
