Our experience at Champion was not as we had hoped. I took my bike in for a tune up and it took over a week to get it back. When I got it back, it did not shift well. So I took it back, for them to fix, and they (after several days) determined I needed a part which had to be ordered. It was almost 3 weeks before I got my bike back. Got it back out on the trail, it still did not shift well. I decided not to take it back. So I took to a different bike shop, they found that the brake pads in the front were completely shot.
