The customer service was okay, but I don’t feel the price matched the work performed. I brought in a bare frame with no bottom bracket or crank installed, so I don’t understand why I was charged a $65 overhaul fee on top of the maintenance charge. I also felt the $65 road bike chain was overpriced by about $30. I would appreciate a clear explanation of these charges, especially what the overhaul covered that wasn’t already included in the maintenance fee.
Huge thanks to Wally and Adrian for getting us taken care of in a timely manner! Our bikes had been sitting for a couple of years and they got us back riding same day. They also helped me decide on some new tires. Appreciate y'all and we will absolutely be back if we have any issues in the future!
The worst thing is being out of town, enjoying a long bike ride, and suddenly getting a flat tire with no pump! 😩🚴♀That’s exactly what happened to me, and I was so thankful to find Champion Cycling in Jacksonville! They took care of my flat tire right away and got me back on the road. 🙌🏽 Great service, friendly staff, and quick help when I really needed it! I truly appreciate them taking care of me. 🚴♀❤Highly recommend Champion Cycling! 👏🏽
My husband and I bought our first bike with Champion in 1980. 46 years later after buying beach cruisers, tandem, EBikes, the owner and staff are top flight!
Don and his Team are very knowledgeable and skilled to diagnose and fix bikes quickly!
