What's the use of sending out a bus schedule if they don't follow it? What's the use of the bus app if it isn't updated accordingly or in real time because mine kept saying "On time" when in fact it was NOT? Unit 4 transportation department communication is garbage and their bus drivers are too! 2nd time regretting signing up for bus service from Unit 4 but will not be making that mistake again.
This is the worst school bus company ever. The app will say pick up time at 7:30am and the bus will come at 7:20am. This shii is ridiculous. I absolutely hate this bus company.

Communication is a little irritating, when you call the operators and ask a question about a bus and the delays they’ll act as if you’re not looking at the app in real time. THATS why you’re being contacted. One told me “that wasn’t my son’s bus” as if I WASNT looking and when I informed him that I’m looking at the app, the whole tone changed. If I could give specific bus numbers a rating I would. I can’t wait until the last day of school. Bus (149/211) will barely wait 1 minute for my son to come out, mind you it’s a daycar... read more
