I have been banking with the Champaign branch for a few years the customer service is great they are very friendly and helpful but the there corporate office or higher ups are no help . I was trying to get a small loan to help get me and daughter a house with them and they had me wait a hour just to tell me no even with the money I’m making which is enough to pay the loan back they still turned me down they really don’t care unless you have perfect credit score no help at all
In my experiences there are far better credit unions with much less hassle.
