Claudia and her team are the greatest people. It takes a strong will to advocate for people who need help. I always tell my clients "If there was a St. Theresa in Champaign, it's Claudia."
I try and try getting a (Live Person) but no one is available,try all extensions and NOT! I mean how can a person make an appointment one that really needs help when all you get is Recordings?? This is sad frustrating and a real mess where are you people? Poor Service I would give it a -1 if available
