Kimberly Marchand represented a client with clear conflict of interest and was removed from representation at the hearing by a judge after falsely stating she reviewed code of conduct. She falsely testified on the stand for the family member she lived with that she never witnessed acts of abuse but it’s been proven otherwise which interrupted the integrity of the case.
