Has to be worst tax person ever. Trudy is a compulsive liar. I spoke to her middle of march about how much my tax refund will be. She told me a certain amount but then said after I pay her it’ll be such and such amount. Fine. I called her again 2 weeks later (4/6) to confirm when it will be ready. She told me “oh It was never processed, let me process it today.” So I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt at this point. My mother goes to pick up the check today because it’s going on JUNE. DISAPPOINTED & Updated- 5/28/2024- Services has gone way down in last 3 years, Ms. Trudy used to be great but no longer. I got my taxes done this year 2024 and it was a horrible experience. Sent taxes in Mid March, as of April 17th I am still trying to reach her and rectify if my taxes were even done. As of today, note we are in May. I am just seeing my tax documents today 5/28 due to her not entering in the correct address information on the password protected file. It was like having your taxes held hostage.
