It has been my privilege to know Gene professionally for over 20 years. She is highly intelligent, and honest. Working with Gene has never been a negative experience. People who have Gene for a Trustee need to be equally honest. She will deal with them in a forthright and professional manner.
i agree totally with the first review. the same thing happened to me as we have a buyer of a home in foreclosure and in bankruptcy. this so-called lawyer was combative and abusive ending in her hanging up on our client. all we wanted was a form filed that she is the one specified by florida law as the one that files this form. so i guess our customer will have that home foreclosed and the bank will loose money, no that is right they get a bail out.
DO NOT USE HER SERVICES!!!! SHE IS VERY UNPORFESSIONAL AND REFUSES SERVICE ON CASES THAT SHE DEEMS COMPLETE. SHE IS EXTREMEMLY COMBATIVE & RUDE. SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME SEVERAL TIMES AS I CONTINUED TO BE PLEASANT WHILE TRYING TO FIND OUT IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MY CASE.
