Update: so I get a phone call from Chambers Bank and they said that both times I used the debit card at a rehome store and a hardware store that my pin was entered incorrectly. First of all, I have to laugh because it doesn’t ask me for a pin and it didn’t ask either merchant for a pin number either it just comes up denied that’s it.. it’s pointless even trying to explain this so I just told the customer service rep. I moved here from Texas. I’ve had the worst experience with this bank from customer service to even activating a debit card much less trying to enter a bill pay on their app.. their app is severely outdated. I was told what to do to activate the debit card and I have been declined on two local places here thank God I did not close my Chase bank account. Worst part is the teller that works in that office has verbally talk to people I know telling them what I have in my account, which is nobody’s business. It’s a large amount ... read more
My mom was with this bank for 21 years. She put me on her account a couple years before her death. They have been so helpful, gracious and kind. I don’t live here but highly recommend this bank to anyone in the area looking for a bank with great customer service.
