Great bank with great banking services. I appreciated the friendly tellers and the multiple account options. The worst thing that happened to me here was Ben the regional loan manager. I only spoke to him once but he gave me information I later found out was totally incorrect and then he decided not to return my call like he promised. His lack of basic customer service skills and just making stuff up about loan products is not someone I want to do business with and it is rude to say the least.
