This facility is absolutely awful. They do not take good care of their patients. thank God for hospice I would not recommend putting your loved one in this facility

My fiancé's grandma is in there they mistreat people and patients walking in and out of each other's rooms and not cleaning them up after they get sick and all kinds of bs I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone it's like a maximum security prison codes to get in everywhere like was they to do if one of them was dieing !!this place sucks

If I could give negative stars, I would give a hundred of them! This is the absolute worst place I have ever been in my life. A dog tied up on a chain is taken better care than these patients are. My family member was covered in vomit in a community room when I got there. I had to hunt down staff to help me clean her up. 99% of the staff were on there phones and gave you a pissy look with eye rolling when asking for codes to get out of the locked unit. Do not use this care facility!! They didn't listen to My sister and I when We told them Our Father was not doing well!! He ended up in Jewish hospital and the Emergency Department told Us Chamberlin did nothing until it was too late!! He was dehydrated and severe UTI infection and kidneys were shutting down. Chamberlin let Our Father lay in his bed for over a week before they had blood work done and then he was rushed to the ER.
