First time using a tax service to file. They were great, very quick and did an excellent job helping me with deductions i didn't know I could take.
I been a client over 10 years, in the past 2 years the service has decline dramatically. This is no longer a small business, it was purchase by an out of state corporation. It’s our first year being forced to do an extension with no light at the en of the tunnel as when they’ll be able to take care of my tax filling for 2023. They will not return call and give you plenty of excuse's. Save your self a headache and start looking for local accountant that care about their clients. Stopped doing taxes for small businesses they incorporated less than a year ago. Was told this was not "the direction" the new owners wanted. Better not to take your business here if you don't want to be dropped
