If I could put 0 stars, I would. We have been waiting over a month for things our bank requested from Heather & Christy for our new construction build. They've have put us so behind. If you are looking for real estate, title work, deed work, look elsewhere!
I called 5/30/25 to speak with a probate attorney to probate my Uncles estate. I live in Texas, from Tennessee. Called and made this appt a week ahead of time for Christy Dalton for 6/6/25 @ 1:00p, she never called so I called her. The paralegal said she didn’t realize that I was out of state even thought I told her I was when we spoke a week earlier, and she said that Christy does not do any probate cases via phone. She could not take my case (which I understand), it this woman just talked to me like I’m her teenage child in trouble. Rude. I left in tears. Even told her “I feel like you’re attacking me right now”. We could have had the conversation differently. She may be a good attorney, I honestly don’t know.
