As someone who’s not a local. Coming from Illinois on a business trip. I must say, this was a 10/10 cigar lounge and shop. Amazing service. Friendly staff. And management who help and make you feel welcome. The second floor is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy a great smoke. This place earned 5 stars simply for allowing me to smoke personal cigars. That being said , they’re only condition was that I at least purchase something from the shop. If you ask me , that’s a fair deal. Will love to come again soon!!
This place is a gem!
It is speakeasy style with cigars. Very classy. 3 floors to choose from. We ate on the second floor and visited more in the atrium on the 3rd floor. Compared to another cigar bar I recently visited, I was happy that the cigar smoke wasn't overpowering. A bit pricey but worth the experience. The drinks were amazing and the smoked salmon platter was awesome! Definitely worth a visit!
The jewel of Michigan cigar spots. I had heard about Chaloner’s for a few months and decided to drive 90 mins round trip to experience it for myself. Good lord, what a great place! The humidor is highly curated, and the shop is full of cool merch, accessories, and candy too. Upstairs, the lounge is spectacular. Top of the line appointments, wonderful view out the windows, and it’s just a great hang- high ceilings, full bar with mixology level cocktails, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
