This place is horrible one month late and they take your car straight to repo and they will say you're late 2 month instead of one when you know its just 1 month late paid most my car off it was 25 k and owed 5 one late payment towards the end and they took my car
Customer service sucks it takes months to get in contact with anyone. You can call multiple times and they are never availabe or they keep saying someone is working on it when in fact they aren’t working on it. It’s funny when they owe you money all of a sudden they don’t want to talk to you.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about challange financial and the incredible experience I have had with them over the years. From the very beginning, they have treated me like more than just another customer or account number. They truly care about their customers, their situations, and making sure people feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire loan process. If I can give this place a zero star I would click that but this 1 star shows how pathetic this place is. No income loss job or whatever they mentioned don’t believe it. They do not like to hear that their customers are in some financial situation. On top on that customer service is horrible. I had a woman representative and if I could recall her name I would place it here. She mocked me and how the audacity to say if I had money or not
Worst customer service receptionist they ave I've never had in car loan tha bother you so much, very unprofessional staff that doesn't care why bother working their if your not happy find another J.O.B, hanging up on you,putting you on hold for long periods.. beware of getting a loan with this company!!!!
