If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst financial company I’ve had to deal with. The vehicle that was sold to me had mechanical issues that were not properly resolved, so I contacted the finance company to explain what was going on with the vehicle and the dealership. I spoke with Catalina and explained the situation. I was asked to submit a detailed letter, which I did because I was genuinely trying to work things out with both the dealership and the finance company. Terrible financing company. If you are late with a payment, they are all over you. You pay on time, then pay off the car, they take over 45 days to release your title. If you can avoid using them for financing do it. Or refi out asap. they dont have any customer service emails and their phone systems just re route you back to the same place. until you keep calling back and trying to actually talk to a human who can be helpful.

Worst customer service Benjamin mezquita (manager ) is never available for answers. I understand employees a limited control over the accounts so they have to go with the manager but he’s never available so we the customers have to wait until he answer.
