I’m financing a vehicle to them and they got the worst customer service ever I wish I would’ve looked them up and make sure what kind of company I was dealing with very unprofessional their work ethic is horrible

I have never experienced a company like this one. Diane in customer service should be banned from speaking with people. She asked me if I was angry because I was late on my payment. How unprofessional? No I am upset that you are rude , I am upset that you leave threatening messages to not only myself but people on my call list. I’ve been late 3 times the whole time I e been there and it’s been during the pandemic. Chalange Financial In My Opinion is great Company they have gone out of there way to help me and have been extremely helpful from the associates to remind you of your payment witch is great for someone like me I work diffrent times of day most of the time I tend to lose track of days and if I recive my checks a few days after the payment date they always were so polite and easily granted me an extension date without question, I could understand how some people might be bothered by reminders of payment but for me I've fal... read more
