Karina is truly a life saver! I came to her with a mysterious inflammatory pain and she helped transform me from a state of immobility to one in which I can do all of the activities I love and essentially live life again. Her knowledge is unbelievably extensive; I truly believe that anybody with an ailment should see her! And more than that, her approach is wonderfully holistic in all the best ways. There is no better person I could ask for as a guide on my healing journey.
Karina is a miracle worker. I came to Karina with excruciating back pain. She listened to me patiently and intently. Asked key questions and then made some suggestions on what I should do. The first thing was breath work which I started that evening and felt better…THAT evening! I have followed her protocol and my pain has disappeared within a couple of days. These are extraordinary results which I attribute to Karina and her thoughtfulness and expertise. Highly, highly recommend.
