I usually don't leave reviews but I must take the time to acknowledge the help I received from Mark Klar. I am about to close on a property this Tuesday. On Friday I found out through the real estate lawyer we are using that there is WRIT against me from this firm back when I bankrupted because of a bank loan I couldn’t repay. Horrible experience with their law clerk, Lucy Borzellino. She had PERSONAL issues with our small, family-owned business but would respond from her work email in a futile attempt to intimidate us. I wonder if her superiors know this? How many other places has she tried this trick on? The company should be made aware and update their policy on using company email for personal gain. It reflects poorly on them.
