Excellent quality, excellent service! I was able to custom order exactly the style, leather color and wood type that I wanted. It took 16 weeks, but well worth the wait. Mike was very helpful and easy to work with via web, phone and email. I've been looking for this brand for several years and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. It is so very comfortable!
