For the record, I've never actually used this business for any of my tax needs. All I ever did was call your number and inquire about a particular service, which the receptionist was beyond professional and had a pretty voice. Hopefully, she's just as pretty in real life. All I ever did was call up this place and inquire about a service, which a lovely receptionist answered my question with truly professionalism. Anyways, this isn't about that.
