We did taxes with the owner a few years, then we were audited by the IRS. Now we are making monthly payments to the IRS. Chairez screwed us. She never showed face for what she did. We contacted her many times we went over but we just kept getting the run around. She messed us up! We are now paying thousands!
DO NOT GO HERE! AVOID!!! They submitted various credits to many of their customers and now the IRS going after all of their clients, charging interest and penalties going back years! When you ask for help, they say nothing can be done when you can call the IRS directly and find out why as well as payment options. Go with a real and legitimate professional that does not dupe it's customers.
I don't understand the negativity this place gets. I've been coming here for 6 years now, and they've always done everything right on my end. You people have to understand that times are difficult and everyone's situation is always different. My experience was great, but unfortunately, my results weren't as I expected to be on my tax return. But overall, these employees are very knowledgeable on their job. I'll always be coming back annually for my taxes.
