Have only had these felt & silicon chair tips on the furniture for three days. So far, so good. Look great and can barely notice them. The chairs glide on the floor much better than the stick-on felt pads. Received goods in reasonable time.
Would not recommend buying from this company, I placed an order with them in October 2025 and still hadn't received the order in December. Ended up cancelling the order and got a refund. Shouldn't advertise a product that you don't have in stock!
*** SCAM *** Never received product nor Reply on where it is. Clearly im.not the only one.
I had to ring and email to have my (overdue) order dispatched. I politely stated that if there were further delays, and no refund, I would lodge a complaint with Consumer and Business Services. When I received my order I found this (attached) handwritten on the invoice - referring to me as an "angry client." Pretty lowbrow way to handle things, in my opinion.
Ordered $71 worth of chair tips on 31/8/25, sent them email 2 months later saying I want refund as to much time had past and I still hadn’t received product and had found other options , 5 minutes later they sent me a “shipment on the way “ email. Next day I rang them and Michael said he would refund me and if parcel arrived to write “return to sender “ on it and send back, which I did.
