Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying from this company. After waiting several weeks for my order to arrive, I emailed twice, called multiple times, and left voicemails, but received no response. I then managed to reach someone on the phone using the number listed on the website, but he hung up as soon as I explained that my order had not been received. In the end, I had to obtain a refund through my bank.
Great customer service as I ordered the wrong size and realised a few minutes later on my phone. Emailed them and they updated the order straight away to the correct ones .thanks again
They don’t answer emails, sent back an order a few months ago still waiting for a refund. Very poor service. Tried supporting Australian but will now order from overseas.
Have only had these felt & silicon chair tips on the furniture for three days. So far, so good. Look great and can barely notice them. The chairs glide on the floor much better than the stick-on felt pads. Received goods in reasonable time.
Would not recommend buying from this company, I placed an order with them in October 2025 and still hadn't received the order in December. Ended up cancelling the order and got a refund. Shouldn't advertise a product that you don't have in stock!
