I bought a recliner recently from them, which had to be ordered and was supposed to be here in 7-9 days. I received it in 5 weeks and even had to go up and pick up the electrical part or wait for another day. The delay was not the local manager's fault, instead of coming back with the part, he sent his guys out to make more deliveries, it was like I didn't count although I paid for the chair 5 weeks earlier and I'm only 15 mins away. No excuse, poor customer service. I won't be back. So don't always expect good service.
Great selection of the reclining chairs we were looking for.
Very nice selection of furniture and bedroom sets. Nice quality and great prices. Customer service was top notch.
People need to stay clear of this place!!!!
You should not treat your customers the way you do if they have a problem one way or another you should compensate them and not try to say you’re going to sue them even if it’s in your wrong you should not say that you’re going to sue them
